WDO Inspection –  An experienced and state licensed inspector will search the interior perimeter, exterior perimeter, crawlspace, and immediate vicinintiy of the home for evidence of  Wood Detroying Organisms, including termites.  This is typically referred to as a Termite Inspection.  The inspector will search for activity and a history of WDO activity.  Damaged wood discovered will also be documented in the report.

Sewer Scope —  All plumbing from the home is connected to the main sewer through a pipe referred to as the “lateral”.  This pipe is subjected to settling, invasion from roots of nearby trees, and damage from heavy machinery or shifting earth.  Any costs associated with repairing the lateral, are paid by the property owner.  These costs would include repairing the street in front of the home if the lateral travels under it before connecting to the main sewer.

Mold Testing  —  Samples of air are taken and studied in a laboratory to identify harmful molds in the home.  This is done through air sampling, swabs, and contact test strips.  Using these methods provides a clear understanding of what your family is breathing.
